Method of Payment accepted at Box Office
The Swiftel Center Box Office accepts cash and MasterCard and Visa. Personal checks must include name, address, driver’s license number, and telephone. No out of states are accepted at the box office. Company checks are accepted for group ticket orders.
Cash, Visa and MasterCard are accepted for payment. If paying with personal check, it will be accepted for the amount only and you must show valid I.D.

Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Saturday: Closed, except for event days and onsales (open for onsale time only)

Will Call is located in the main lobby of the Swiftel Center. Will Call windows open 60 minutes prior to the scheduled event and will generally remain open through the event. Will Call for concerts and other events will vary based on the specific performance. After Will Call closes, all unclaimed tickets are taken to the ticket taker at the main entrance for the convenience of late arrivals.
Will Call tickets will only be released to the person whose name appears on the Will Call envelope or whose name was provided in the Ticketmaster transaction. No person will be given tickets designated for another person without prior authorization. Proper photo identification is required (valid driver's license or passport) in order to claim your tickets. Your order confirmation number and purchasing credit card may also be required, if applicable. A signature from the person authorized to pick up the tickets will be obtained at the time Will Call tickets are claimed. Name changes will not be accepted via the telephone and information regarding Will Call tickets will not be given out over the phone.

Available 24 hours. All major credit cards are accepted. Applicable ticketmaster convenience fees will be added to your order. Orders placed at least 12 days in advance of events will be mailed directly to your address. Orders placed after that time frame will be available at Will Call for pick up at the event.
Individual tickets are available at all Ticketmaster outlets, including Lewis Drug Store in Brookings. A per ticket convenience charge will be added to your order.

For most Swiftel Center events all children two (2) years of age and older require a ticket for admittance. Children under the age of two will be allowed entry; however, they are required to sit on the lap of a ticket holder. Family shows, including Disney Live! stage shows, require a ticket for all children age one (1) and older. Please see specific event details for more information on ticket age requirements.

Policies & Procedures
Groups may reserve a predicted number of tickets on a first-come first-served basis. Groups are not held accountable for that number, but must sell the minimum number of 20 tickets. A deposit is due within two weeks of placing your order and final payment is due four weeks prior to the event date. All group reservation will be cancelled and tickets released to the general public if the payment deadlines have not been met. Cash, Check, Visa and MasterCard are all accepted. Checks and money orders are made payable to Swiftel Center. Any cash or in-person payments at the Swiftel Center Box Office must be scheduled in advance. After original payment orders can be increased. However, seating location is not guaranteed to be with the original group, and is based on availability. Wheelchair and special needs seating is available. Please let us know in advance if members in your group require special seating. For most shows, children are two and older must have a ticket to be admitted. No refunds or exchanges after final payment has been made. Tickets will be mailed after final payment has been made.
