The Swiftel Center Box Office opens at 10 am on performance dates, unless otherwise specified. For event on-sale dates, the Box Office opens at the designated on-sale time.
The Swiftel Center event information phone number is 605-692-TIXX(8499). This number is for event information only and is updated on an event-by-event basis. Tickets can be purchased at the Swiftel Center Box Office, all Ticketmaster outlets, charge by phone at 605-692-1992 or on-line at www.swiftelcenter.com.

Will Call:
Will Call is located in the concourse and/or the lobby of the Swiftel Center. Please look for the Guest Services banner. Will Call opens 60 minutes prior to the scheduled event and will generally remain open through the start of the show. Tickets are released only to the person whose name appears on the Ticketmaster account header or will call envelope. No one will be given tickets designated for another person. Proper photo identification is required, preferably a driver's license or the purchasing credit card, if applicable. A signature from the person authorizing to pick up the tickets will be obtained at the time of pick up. This will remain on file for future reference.
After Will Call closes, all unclaimed tickets are taken to the ticket taker at the main entrance for the convenience of late arrivals.

Individual tickets to Swiftel Center events can be purchased at the Swiftel Center Box Office, via Ticketmaster outlets, by phone or Internet.

Available 24 hours. All major credit cards are accepted. Applicable ticketmaster convenience fees will be added to your order. Orders placed at least 12 days in advance of events will be mailed directly to your address. Orders placed after that time frame will be available at Will Call for pick up at the event.
Ticketmaster Outlets:
Individual tickets are available at all Ticketmaster outlets. A per ticket convenience charge will be added to your order.
Internet:
Individual tickets are available at www.swiftelcenter.com.
Applicable ticketmaster convenience fees will be added to your order.
SAME DAY ORDERS:
Tickets are available through www.swiftelcenter.com.
or charge by phone at 605-692-1992 until 3:00pm day of show.
CHILDRENS TICKETS:
All children 23 months and under do not need to purchase a ticket, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder. All Children 24 months and older require a ticket to enter. This is subject to change by event promoter. For more information on children's tickets for specific events, please call 605-692-7539.
GROUP SALES:
Group tickets for Swiftel Center Events - for groups 20 or more.

POLICIES & PROCEDURES:
Groups may reserve a predicted number of tickets on a first-come first-served basis. Groups are not held accountable for that number, but must sell the minimum number of 20 tickets. A deposit is due within two weeks of placing your order and final payment is due four weeks prior to the event date. All group reservation will be cancelled and tickets released to the general public if the payment deadlines have not been met. Cash, Check, VISA and MasterCard are all accepted. Checks and money orders are made payable to Swiftel Center. Any cash or in-person payments at the Swiftel Center Box Office must be scheduled in advance. After original payment orders can be increased. However, seating location is not guaranteed to be with the original group, and is based on availability. Wheelchair and special needs seating is available. Please let us know in advance if members in your group require special seating. For most shows, children are two and older must have a ticket to be admitted. No refunds or exchanges after final payment has been made. Tickets will be mailed after final payment has been made.
